We have a new instructor for Thursday evening Yoga Basics. Beginning April 26, Sara Vanderpool will be offering a beginner yoga class from 5PM to 6PM in the Mt Hood room. As a massage therapist Sara looks forward to tailoring her yoga classes to the physical needs of her students and as a dancer she loves the dynamic qualities of meditative movement.
