Explore movement and yoga that can serve us in our everyday lives. Using props the class focuses on functional movement that supports healthy joints and and mobility. Accessible to everyone – Pay-what-you-can. Thursdays at 9AM

Community Meals @ Mt. Hood Room
Apr 9 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

A very hearty meal for seniors and all community members is offered nearly every Thursday by a very dedicated crew of volunteers. This is a delicious meal available to seniors over 60 for $4 on an “ability to pay” basis, and $5 to other community members. Come for a great time of friendship and community.

Volunteer help is always needed to prep, cook, serve and clean-up.
