Morning Yoga for Everybody with Susan Lalor, 500-RYT  This 60 minute, donation class offers yoga traditions of mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation to build strength and flexibility in the body and support clear mind.  Appropriate for any level of practice experience as well as beginners.  Props provided, but bring your own mat.

Community Meals @ Mt. Hood Room

A very hearty meal for seniors and all community members is offered nearly every Thursday by a very dedicated crew of volunteers. This is a delicious meal available to Seniors on an “ability to pay” basis, and a small fee of $5.00 to other community members. Come for a great time of visiting and community.

Volunteer help is always needed to prep, cook, serve and clean-up.
