The Strong Women Program is a national evidence-based community exercise and nutrition program targeted to midlife and older women. This is a strength training curriculum to help women maintain muscle mass, strength, and function as they age. All ages and abilities welcome!
A very hearty meal for seniors and all community members is offered nearly every Thursday by a very dedicated crew of volunteers. This is a delicious meal available to seniors over 60 for $4 on an “ability to pay” basis, and $5 to other community members. Come for a great time of friendship and community.
Volunteer help is always needed to prep, cook, serve and clean-up.
