Morning Yoga for Everybody with Susan Lalor, 500-RYT This 60 minute, donation class offers yoga traditions of mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation to build strength and flexibility in the body and support clear mind. Appropriate for any level of practice experience as well as beginners. Props provided, but bring your own mat.
