The Strong Women Program is a national evidence-based community exercise and nutrition program targeted to midlife and older women. This is a strength training curriculum to help women maintain muscle mass, strength, and function as they age. All ages and abilities welcome!

Yoga Basics @ MHTH Mt Hood Room

This 75-minute class will give you a foundation upon which to build your practice. Open to all levels of practitioners with an emphasis on correct alignment in postures, being present in your body, and using breath to release tension. Flexibility, strength and peace of mind. Thursdays; 5:15 to 6:30PM (beginning February 8) Suggested donation: $10
