The Strong Women Program is a national evidence-based community exercise and nutrition program targeted to midlife and older women. This is a strength training curriculum to help women maintain muscle mass, strength, and function as they age. All ages and abilities welcome!

Yoga for Everyone! with Dolly Brandt @ Mt Hood Town Hall

This class is appropriate for people of all ages, stages, and abilities. There will be a focus on alignment and sustainability – a practice that honors our body and spirit and supports increasing/maintaining strength and flexibility in a way that feels right for each of us. Whether you are new to yoga or you already have a regular practice, this class is for you.

Dolly is a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years and an RYT 200 and SAYF certified yoga instructor.
