The Strong Women Program is a national evidence-based community exercise and nutrition program targeted to midlife and older women. This is a strength training curriculum to help women maintain muscle mass, strength, and function as they age. All ages and abilities welcome!
This class is appropriate for people of all ages, stages, and abilities. There will be a focus on alignment and sustainability – a practice that honors our body and spirit and supports increasing/maintaining strength and flexibility in a way that feels right for each of us. Whether you are new to yoga or you already have a regular practice, this class is for you.
