Morning Yoga for Everybody with Susan Lalor, 500-RYT  This 60 minute, donation class offers yoga traditions of mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation to build strength and flexibility in the body and support clear mind.  Appropriate for any level of practice experience as well as beginners.  Props provided, but bring your own mat.

A very hearty meal for seniors and all community members is offered nearly every Thursday by a very dedicated crew of volunteers. This is a delicious meal available to seniors over 60 for $4 on an “ability to pay” basis, and a small fee of $5.00 to other community members. Come for a great time of friendship and community.

Volunteer help is always needed to prep, cook, serve and clean-up.

Senior Meals ‘Needs List’:

Yoga Basics @ MHTH Mt Hood Room
Jan 25 @ 5:15 pm – 6:30 pm

This 75-minute class will give you a foundation upon which to build your practice. Open to all levels of practitioners with an emphasis on correct alignment in postures, being present in your body, and using breath to release tension. Flexibility, strength and peace of mind. Thursdays; 5:15 to 6:30PM (beginning February 8) Suggested donation: $10
