The Strong Women Program is a national evidence-based community exercise and nutrition program targeted to midlife and older women. This class is a derivation of that class and is a focus on STRONG BONES. All ages and abilities welcome!
Happy Fall! Gentle yoga is back on Wednesday mornings at 8:30. This is a 45 minute ALL LEVELS class that will help the beginner yogi learn how to connect with and align their body and the advanced yogi to enjoy a gentle practice to support mind body and soul. Please email Rayna for more details.
