The Strong Women Program is a national evidence-based community exercise and nutrition program targeted to midlife and older women. This class is a derivation of that class and is a focus on STRONG BONES. All ages and abilities welcome!

A recreational and fun class, teaching children the basic skills of gymnastics with intent to progress. Working at each child’s level to bring out the best potential gymnastic skills.

Wednesdays
