Yoga — Slow Vinyasa

Description Vinyasa is moving one breath for every movement.  Sybil slows this down for a deeper look into alignment of the body and strengthening the core muscles, while twisting and turning to find flexibility of spine hips and shoulders.
Fee $75 per 8 week session, $13 per class

Moving Yoga

Description The class is a combo of stretch, strength and yoga. It is a great way to boost your fitness program as we go in to winter!

Please bring a yoga mat, a set of hand held weights or a medicine ball (or both) and a large Yoga Ball (also called a Physical Therapy ball).

Gentle Core Yoga

Description This is gentle yoga class emphasizing core stability, proper alignment and ROM.  A great way to awaken the body by strengthening the weak areas and stretching the tight muscles.
