| Description | Vinyasa is moving one breath for every movement. Sybil slows this down for a deeper look into alignment of the body and strengthening the core muscles, while twisting and turning to find flexibility of spine hips and shoulders. |

Please bring a yoga mat, a set of hand held weights or a medicine ball (or both) and a large Yoga Ball (also called a Physical Therapy ball).
