The Mt Hood Town Hall can accommodate a variety of gatherings with a maximum capacity of 550 inside and 1,000 including the outside grounds. The building is ADA accessible.

The facility is an ideal venue for weddings and receptions, business or club meetings, social events, and family reunions! A commercial kitchen is available for catering, cooking classes, food start up businesses or events including food service.

Rental Rates & Agreement

Rental rates are kept intentionally low, at a price most people or organizations can afford — ranging from $10 an hour for a classroom, to $100 an hour for the entire facility.

Community Service at Time of Loss

It has long been a tradition that the Mt. Hood Town Hall may be used for a gathering of friends following the death of a loved-one from the Upper Valley area. This service is offered free of charge.
