With the holidays in full swing, the ever-popular Strong Women and Strong Bones class, lead by Ann Dow, is taking a small break. The last class of 2017 is Dec. 22. They will resume on January 3, 2018. DMC Fitness is also taking a holiday hiatus. This Tuesday, Thursday ‘serious’ fitness class (9AM – 10AM) taught by Rich Kendrick, of Adventure Onward Coaching, is following the school schedule – last class of 2017, Dec. 21 to resume Jan. 9, 2018. Morning Yoga for Everyone with Susan Lalor (500 – RYT) will not have class on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017 but will be back on Jan. 2, 2018 to breathe in the new year.
We are always looking for new offerings at Mt Hood Town Hall. Our commercial kitchen is ideal for cooking classes. The Mt Hood Room is perfect for group exercise, or small educational workshops and discussion groups.
