So sorry for the delay and confusion… we had a couple of hiccups in getting started BUT  this time it’s for REAL! We have a new instructor for Thursday evening Yoga Basics. Beginning MAY 17, Sara Vanderpool will be offering a beginner yoga class from 5PM to 6PM in the Mt Hood room. As a massage therapist Sara looks forward to tailoring her yoga classes to the physical needs of her students and as a dancer she loves the dynamic qualities of meditative movement. Suggested donation: $10  Thursdays from 5-6;  May 17th- June 28th  Hope you can join us!
