Fitness and flexibility turned upside down; flip your perspective with this two-day workshop! Health & Fitness expert Christina Pascal will cover a variety of movements designed specifically to strengthen and mobilize the body for inverted balance, handstand kickups and bail outs. On day two cover advanced inversion entries such as the press to handstand, tuck up and straddle up, in addition to polishing and stabilizing handstands to beautiful extension. Don't let weak wrists discourage you. Christina has modifications for that!
This is a two-day DONATION based workshop. Tuesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 12 - 4:15 to 5:15PM in the Bald Butte room. The class is intended for adults, aged 18+ (not a tumbling class for kiddos!). Yoga mat recommended. QUESTIONS? Contact Christina.
Pacific Wilds welcomes participants with all levels of experience to train in two-day Wilderness First Aid Courses, five-day Hybrid Wilderness First Responder Courses, and WFR Recertification courses for those already certified. Courses are held on the beautiful Northern slopes of Mt Hood in the historic Mt Hood Town Hall. Pacific Wilds offers courses for a variety of skill levels and needs, from initial training for outdoor enthusiasts up to recertifications for outdoor professionals.
